How Pune Properties Was Formed?
PPRPL was formed by Mr. N. R. Shinde (MBA- Marketing, University of Wales, UK) eleven years back i. e. in the year 2000, with a vision to establish Company name and expand with expertise of group of professionals having deep and intense knowledge of Real Estate Industry.

With the increasing globalization of business, multinational corporations demand consistency of service in all markets in which they operate. In recognition of this, PPRPLs new program is dedicated to the objective of achieving the client’s real estate objectives and maximizing the utility of the client’s real estate assets.

MANAGEMENT
NAVANATH SHINDE (DIRECTOR/CEO)
An MBA in Marketing from University of Wales, UK, with prior qualifications as B.Sc. Agriculture and M.Sc. in Agricultural Extension from Mahatma Phule Agricultural University, Rahuri (MS).
Worked with Donisthorpe and Company, Leicester, UK for two years, In India worked with Venkateshwara Hatcheries Limited as Export Manager for two years.
Promoted own business as Real Estate Consultant along with wife Priya in 2003, the business has become well-known in the corporate leasing sector in Pune.
Promoted Pune Properties and Realties Private Limited in the year 2011 to bring in more professionalism in serving the big corporate clients.
PRIYA SHINDE (DIRECTOR)
Along with being a graduate in Statistics (B.Sc. Statistics) from S. P. College, Pune, Priya has done a Computer Diploma. She is very good in business planning and handles Finance Management and Administration at Pune Properties and Realties Private Limited.
